RULES & REGULATION |
1. Any teams could be the participants of the Championship.
2. The Championship is taking place in the arena of FC "Spartak" Moscow (tube station Sakolniki, Oleyniy val, house nr. 3)
3. The Championship consists of 10 rounds and 4 cups within a year, according to the schedule on our site www.iafa.ru
4. The Championship consists of three divisions.
- Premier division, not less than 8 teams
- First division, not less than 8 teams
- Second division, no limit of teams
5. Total costs for the participation is 160 000 RUR, the payment could be done on two stages
6. Total costs for the 2nd division is 15 000 RUR, the payment should be received before every round
7. Every football player of any skill level is authorized to participate in the Championship, the player is authorized to change a team at any time except the match day.
8. 7-a side football rules
9. The players and team representatives are taking full responsibility of their players physical condition. IAFA provides a doctor during the match day at the stadium.
10. RULES
- Football is played between two teams in two halves, each half 9min.
- There is no maximum limit of players per team with 6 field players and a goalkeeper on the pitch at any one time.
- There is a flying substitution method and no substitution limit.
- Usual Equipment: Numbered shirts, shorts, socks, protective shin guards and footwear with rubber soles.
- Scoring: When the whole of the ball has passed over the goal line, between the goal posts and under the crossbar (except by illegal means).
- Fouls or misconducts leading to a direct free kick (defence wall – 5 metres)
- direct penalty kick – 8 metres
- kicking or attempting to kick an opponent
- tripping or jumping at an opponent
- charging an opponent in a violent or dangerous manner
- striking, attempting to strike, or spitting at an opponent
- holding/pushing an opponent
- sliding at an opponent (i.e. sliding tackle)
- handling the ball (except goalkeeper)
- using bad and violent language
- Leading to an indirect free kick
- dangerous play (e.g. attempting to kick ball held by goalkeeper)
- obstruction
- charging the goalkeeper in the penalty area (i.e. goalkeeper charge)
- goalkeeper throws ball directly into the opponent's net
- goalkeeper touches with hands a back pass that has been played back
- THROW-IN
- using foot
- 4 seconds maximum time
- direct scoring will be disallowed
- RED AND YELLOW CARDS ARE GIVEN IN A SIMILAR MANOR AS ORIGINAL FOOTBALL
- yellow card means that the team will stay for 2 min. short handed
- an additional player on the field-yellow card, an additional player in the box-penalty
- If the team refuse to play there is automatically set off defeat by 3-0
- In case of delay the first game and all subsequent games defeat by 3-0
- In case of equality of points to find out which teams are through to play-offs it takes into consideration the following step by step – points, a game between each other, goal difference. If it is still tied – penalty shoot-out.
- PENALTY SHOUT-OUT
- In attempts from both sides (three different players)
- In case of tie until golden goal or first miss
11. CHAMPIONSHIP POINT SYSTEM
Maximum 8 teams are participating in Premier Division and First Division
- 1st place – 8 points
- 2nd place – 6 points
- 3rd place – 5 points
- 4th place – 4 points
- 5th place – 3 points
- 6th place – 2 points
- 7th place – 1 point
- 8th place – no points
12. DRAW
Two best teams from previous round are seeded.
13. PRIZES AND AWARDS (SEASON RESULTS)
PREMIER DIVISION
- 1st place – 150 000 RUR or a trip (6 field players and goalkeeper)to International tournament organized by IAFA
- 2nd place – 100 000 RUR
- 3rd place – 50 000 RUR
- Last two finished teams are relegated to First Division
- The nomination "Best goalkeeper" – 30 000 RUR
- The nomination "Best goal scorer"- 30 000 RUR
FIRST DIVISION
- 1st place – promotion to Premier Division + 50 000 RUR
- 2nd place – promotion to Premier Division + 30 000 RUR
- 3rd place – 20 000 RUR
- Last two finished teams are relegated to Second Division
- The nomination "Best goalkeeper" – 10 000 RUR
- The nomination "Best goal scorer" - 10 000 RUR
SECOND DIVISION
- First two are promoted to First Division
- The nomination "Best goalkeeper" – 9000 RUR
- The nomination "Best goal scorer" – 9000 RUR
At the end of the season there is a gala dinner and closing ceremony. The winners will be awarded with specially engraved IAFA cups. Invitations to a ceremony are dispatched by couriers or given in hands during the tournaments.
14. IAFA CUPS
- During the season there is 4 IAFA Cup tournaments
- DECEMBER – IAFA Christmas Cup in Moscow
- AUGUST – IAFA Summer Cup in Moscow
- SUMMER – IAFA Super Cup, place TBA (Europe, Asia, America, Africa)
- AUTUMN – IAFA Intercontinental Cup, place TBA (Europe, Asia, America, Africa)
15. TOURNAMENT REFEREEING
- Refereeing is carried out according to the "Rules of mini-football" with all the changes and other additions accepted by Organizing committee.
- Each tournament is served by professional referees , protests on refereeing are accepted only in written form.
- Referees are changing fields after each game.
DECISIONS OF THE REFEREES
The decisions of the referees about facts related to the game are definitive regarding the result of the match. During the match, his power to rule will be extended to the faults made during the temporary suspension of the match and if the ball is not played.
16. THE PLAYERS AND TEAM REPRESENTATIVES ARE TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR TEAM PLAYERS AND SUPPORTERS BEHAVIOUR.
- Serious disciplinary faults
The referee or Organizing committee will decide to disqualify without warning the person that in purpose makes the following:
Violent, aggressive and dangerous actions that cause injury, damage. Gestures, insults, or other offensive actions against the integrity of the players, technicians, referees or public.
17. WE ARE CALLING ALL THE TEAMS FOR A "FAIR-PLAY" IN EVERY SINGLE GAME.
